At Caseora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
